1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Royal Legends Tech Solutions, Inc. (RLTS, Inc.), a Delaware corporation ("RLTS," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of Mobile Developer ("MoDev"), available at modev.app and through our mobile application. By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or otherwise accessing or using MoDev, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, do not use MoDev.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use MoDev in any capacity. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are accessing MoDev on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" refers to that entity. RLTS reserves the right to terminate any account where the user is found to be under 18 years of age without notice and without refund.
3. What MoDev Is
MoDev — Mobile Developer — is a mobile-first developer platform that enables you to connect your own AI models, development tools, cloud services, and productivity applications to build and ship software from your mobile device. MoDev is a connector. It does not host your code, own your builds, manage your external service accounts, or make decisions about your projects. Every capability within MoDev is powered by credentials, API keys, and service accounts that you choose and control.
4. Account Registration & Security
To use MoDev, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep it current. You are solely responsible for: — Maintaining the confidentiality of your MoDev login credentials — All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you — Keeping your connected API keys, OAuth tokens, and third-party service credentials secure — Promptly notifying us at support@rlt.solutions if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to your account RLTS is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
5. Intellectual Property — You Own Everything
Your code is yours. Your builds are yours. Completely and without exception. Everything you create, generate, write, or deploy using MoDev — including but not limited to code, applications, workflows, prompts, and any other work product — belongs entirely to you. RLTS claims zero ownership, right, title, interest, or license in or over your work product. There is no vendor lock-in of any kind. You are free to export, migrate, duplicate, publish, or move your work at any time, for any reason, without restriction or consent from RLTS. MoDev is a tool you use — not a platform that owns or retains rights over what you build with it. RLTS retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the MoDev platform itself, including its software, infrastructure, design, trademarks, and underlying technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers any RLTS intellectual property rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use MoDev solely for your own development purposes in accordance with these Terms.
6. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
MoDev connects to a wide range of third-party services using credentials that you provide. These include, but are not limited to: — AI Models: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini), and any additional AI providers made available on the platform — Developer & Cloud Platforms: GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, and any additional developer tools made available on the platform — Productivity & Workspace Tools: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and any additional productivity services made available on the platform — Additional Integrations: Any other tools, APIs, or services available through MoDev now or added in the future Important terms regarding third-party integrations: — You connect these services using your own credentials. RLTS has no visibility into the content of your activity on any connected platform. — RLTS is not responsible for the availability, performance, uptime, accuracy, security, pricing changes, or terms of service of any third-party provider. — Your use of each third-party service is governed exclusively by that service's own terms of service and privacy policy. — If a third-party provider changes, restricts, or discontinues API access, MoDev's ability to interface with that service may be affected. RLTS makes no guarantees regarding continued third-party availability. — You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of third-party services through MoDev complies with those services' terms.
7. Subscriptions, Billing & Payment
7.1 Subscription Plans MoDev is offered as a monthly subscription service. All plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. No annual contracts are required. 7.2 Billing & Payment Processing All billing is processed securely through Stripe. RLTS never stores, accesses, or has any visibility into your credit card information or payment account details. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. You authorize RLTS (via Stripe) to charge your designated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. 7.3 Taxes Subscription fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties. You are responsible for paying all such taxes associated with your subscription as required by applicable law. 7.4 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation: — You retain full access to MoDev through the last day of your paid billing period — Your payment method will not be charged again after cancellation — Access terminates at the close of the paid billing period unless you choose to resubscribe 7.5 No Refunds MoDev does not issue refunds for any unused portion of a paid billing period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the period ends — no partial refund will be issued for the remaining days. This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. 7.6 Resubscription If you resubscribe following a cancellation, a new monthly billing cycle begins from the date of resubscription at the then-current plan rate. 7.7 Price Changes RLTS reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of MoDev after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not accept a pricing change, you must cancel your subscription before it takes effect. 7.8 Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your access to MoDev may be suspended until the balance is resolved.
8. Acceptable Use
By using MoDev, you agree not to: — Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purpose — Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or disrupt MoDev or its underlying infrastructure — Use MoDev to build tools or systems designed to harm, defraud, harass, surveil, or exploit others — Share, sell, sublicense, or transfer your account or access credentials to any unauthorized party — Circumvent usage quotas, billing systems, rate limits, or platform security controls — Upload, transmit, generate, or deploy content that infringes upon any third-party intellectual property or violates any applicable law — Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or credentials when using the platform — Interfere with the proper functioning of MoDev or its servers, networks, or systems Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by You You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@rlt.solutions. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund for any remaining paid billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the current paid period. 9.2 Termination by RLTS We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to MoDev at any time, with or without prior notice, for: — Violation of any provision of these Terms — Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity — Any use that poses legal, security, reputational, or financial risk to RLTS or its users — Non-payment or persistent payment failures In cases of egregious violations (including fraud, illegal activity, or abuse), we may terminate without notice and without providing access through the remainder of any paid period. 9.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination by either party, your license to use MoDev ends immediately (or at the close of the paid period, if applicable). RLTS may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination. 9.4 Survival The following sections will survive the termination or expiration of these Terms for any reason: Section 5 (Intellectual Property), Section 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties), Section 11 (Limitation of Liability), Section 12 (Indemnification), Section 13 (Dispute Resolution), and Section 17 (General Provisions).
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RLTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING: — IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT — WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS — WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT, CODE, OR CONTENT PRODUCED THROUGH THE PLATFORM — WARRANTIES REGARDING THE CONTINUED AVAILABILITY OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE CONNECTED THROUGH MODEV You assume full responsibility for evaluating, testing, and validating any code, content, or output generated through the platform before using it in any production environment. RLTS makes no representation that MoDev is appropriate for your specific use case or jurisdiction.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RLTS'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF MODEV — WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE — SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RLTS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. RLTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: — LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL — COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OR PROCUREMENT — BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF PRODUCTION — FAILURE OR OUTAGE OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE CONNECTED THROUGH MODEV — DAMAGES ARISING FROM AI-GENERATED OUTPUT THAT IS INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR UNSUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSE EVEN IF RLTS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain categories of damages. In such jurisdictions, RLTS's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RLTS, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: — Your use of MoDev in violation of these Terms — Your violation of any applicable law or regulation — Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights — Any content, code, or application you create, deploy, or distribute using MoDev — Any misrepresentation you make in connection with your use of the platform RLTS reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by you, at your expense. You agree to cooperate with RLTS in the defense of any such claim.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1 Informal Resolution — Required First Step Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact RLTS at modev@rlt.solutions and describe the dispute in reasonable detail. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally within 30 days of receiving your notice. Neither party may initiate formal proceedings until this informal resolution period has lapsed without resolution, unless the dispute involves urgent injunctive relief. 13.2 Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 13.3 Jurisdiction & Venue Any dispute that is not resolved informally and is not subject to arbitration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
14. Force Majeure
RLTS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond RLTS's reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, government actions, internet or infrastructure failures, third-party service outages, or other events outside our reasonable control. In such circumstances, RLTS's obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes — including changes that affect your rights, billing, liability, or dispute resolution — we will provide at least 30 days' advance written notice via email or in-app notification before the updated Terms take effect. For non-material changes such as clarifications, formatting, or contact information updates, we may update without advance notice. Continued use of MoDev after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using MoDev and may request account termination.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
17. General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RLTS regarding MoDev and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. No Waiver: RLTS's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of RLTS's right to enforce it in the future. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without RLTS's prior written consent. RLTS may assign these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Notices: All legal notices to RLTS must be sent to modev@rlt.solutions. RLTS may provide notices to you via the email address associated with your account or via in-app notification. Headings: Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between any translation and the English version, the English version controls.
